Pangallo Estate

Verbal Identity and Copywriting (brand story, packaging, website copy, tasting notes) thanks to Pangallo Estate.

Made with love from the finest olives by Italian Australians, no two bottles of Pangallo olive oil are ever quite the same. Nothing’s perfetto when making real food, and like everything beautiful in Italy, the patina of life plays a part in the production of this liquid gold.

When the Pangallo famiglia established the Estate in the Hunter Valley in 1980, it was like coming home. They settled into a joyful routine of immenso cook ups and elbowing for space at the tavolo. Lamb cooked on a spit. Hand made pasta and salumi. Doing it all with the people they love. Now you can feel the magic too. Belissimo!

What started out as a job to write packaging copy turned into a joyful Verbal Identity project. I collaborated with Anthony Pangallo to create Values and a Verbal Identity for Pangallo so we could really bring his new brand to life through language.
